Developed by Mutlu İnşaat in Büyükçekmece, Villa Blu is a residential development of 32 villas. It combines detached living with landscaped gardens, outdoor spaces and shared amenities.
Besantaş contributed ready-mix concrete during construction of Villa Blu. Our production and delivery planning supported the project’s concrete pour schedule.
