Management Approach

At Besantaş, ready-mix service is built on coordination between production, quality control, delivery and site placement. Planning these activities as a connected process is central to our approach.

Assessing technical requirements with project teams, carrying out production and laboratory work, organising vehicles and equipment, and communicating with the site all form one workflow.

Considering our three Istanbul locations as one production network helps us respond to project-specific needs. For large developments, on-site options such as mobile batching plants are assessed according to project conditions.
